Tailored hose sizes are produced at PLASTIX, therefore we can deliver 28/410 Soap- and lotion pumps production starts the same day as ordered. Dip tubes are delivered unmounted to pump, if nothing else has been agreed upon. Also consider our Pre-Cut dip tubes, already mounted on pumps, so first check if one of them might fit your bottle as such.
Factory to door deliveries with lead times of only 2-4 weeks. Minimum delivery 6-12 pallets depending on product.

”Standard Pump” has a switch opening motion. Suitable for ANY fine chemical as the spring is outside the cylinder, therefor in no contact (corrosion risk) with the fluid. We can tailor any hose length for your pump. Speed of production 7000 pcs/hour.
Right pump height!? Use a metallic measuring tape.
A) Stick in the tape in to the bottle and measure the height from center of bottom to top of the neck.
B) Measure the diameter of the bottle (width of the bottom).
C) Add half of the bottle diameter to the height measurement.

The smaller ”Trigger Pump 24mm” with a one/two finger trigger handle. Pre-Cut hose height/lengths we have as stock items below. The 24/410 pump in our range is designed for small to mid sized bottles around 200-500ml with a base measure of e.g. 40-50mm. Suitable for bottle heights of 120-170mm. The colour “Natural” is milky transparent and is suitable for use with any bottle colour.
Use small triggers for replacing press down spray caps, a mini trigger gives your product that little extra eye-catcher magic. At present we have two similar models in stock.
